Fun Ways to Exercise

Pandemic 2020. Something we never thought could happen. Something we weren’t prepared for. But it did…and we are inside more, home more, doing less. We faced more worry and stress. Unrelenting stress.

So…exercise. We all know the importance of it, but it doesn’t always make our top ten list. But the fact is that it helps us to manage all the stress that comes our way. It helps us sleep better. It helps us to lose weight and keep our bodies running right. It even helps to strengthen our immune system! All things we need right now! Time to be our own best friend and make a new, positive habit.

Often we think of exercise as a chore. But what if we thought of exercise as fun? So I compiled a list of fun ways to exercise. Pick one a day or your favorite…but get out there and move! Your future self will thank you!! (Hey, get your kids moving! Help them with good habits for life!)

Need exercise motivation? Stress reduction? Hypnosis works well for stress management, exercise motivation and sports improvement!

We may not be able to control everything externally, but let’s make a choice to deal with it as best we can.
